To support the live stream events, we developed a live chat system which allowed users to communicate with the host and ask for further information during live event sessions.
Admins are able to reply to messages, reply privately and block users from sending in messages. We created this system to allow maximum engagement in the livestreams, making sure everyone who attends the events gets their questions answered.
