A social media audit gives us a full view of how your social media is working (or not) for your business. We’ll review your content on your various social media platforms and provide an overview of our recommendations. This helps us create the best content for you when you move to your monthly strategy phase, regardless of package.
- Competitor Analysis
A competitor analysis looks at your competitors to see what they’re doing on social media. We’ll take your top 3 competitors and do a simple audit of their social media to see what channels they’re using, the type of content they’re pushing and their engagement. This helps us know what content your audience will like the most.
- Social Media Set Up
Once we know what content works best, we can decide which social media platforms are the best for you. If you don’t already have an account set up, we’ll take care of it and do it for you.

Ultimate

Ultimate includes:
- 1-4 platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok*, Pinterest, Reddit, Threads)
- Up to 15 posts (across all platforms a week (including reactive content) / up to 60 posts a month)
- Access to content calendar to approve posts
- Advanced engagement (DM’s, comments on posts, community management, outreach)
- Brainstorm meeting every month for content strategy
- Hashtag strategy for posts
- Monthly report meeting (1 hour)
*TikTok videos must be filmed by the client and sent to us. Once sent, the TikTok video will go out 1-2 weeks after received. All Package Insights
- We won’t take over your native accounts –– we’ll add you to our hosting platform to schedule and publish posts.
- We can send you posts for approval, or you can leave them completely to us (whichever you want).
- If you want to approve posts, we’ll send them a month in advance and posts need to be approved a week before the month begins. Posts are sent from us on the 1st of the month (if the 1st falls on a weekday otherwise the closest date to the beginning of the month) and need to be approved by the 23rd
of the month- Any amendments will be sent in the same week for a second approval.
- Posts that aren’t approved in time, won’t be published and will be moved to the content calendar of the consecutive month.
- If you want to approve posts, we’ll send them a month in advance and posts need to be approved a week before the month begins. Posts are sent from us on the 1st of the month (if the 1st falls on a weekday otherwise the closest date to the beginning of the month) and need to be approved by the 23rd
- You will have a dedicated account manager who you can contact for support.
- Blogs purchased will be included in the monthly social media calendar (e.g., if you buy 2 blogs, at least 2 posts will promote them (1 post for each blog)).
- If you want to request a specific post (i.e., internal news/event), it must be requested a month in advance.
- If you request an urgent post, it is possible to swap an already existing post within the monthly calendar (which will then be moved to the consecutive month). This is on a request-by-request basis for approval by the account manager.
- We ask that you send a bank of images/videos that we can use on social media and will request specific images (i.e., team or product images/videos) when we send the posts for approval. Therefore, images must be provided by the 23rd of each month for the post to go live.
