This includes information regarding each of their care homes, funding and types of care residents can receive.
Parkhaven Trust are recognised leaders in dementia services, providing expert care and support for their residents.
The importance of their care guide never goes unnoticed, as this allows the carers to determine the best route of support for each client.
The plan is agreed upon by the resident, their family, carers and health professionals beforehand and is a vital element of Parkhaven’s care.
